Linda K. Ward limits her practice exclusively to family law matters.

Ms. Ward is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Specialist in Family Law. She has also completed training in family law mediation and arbitration and is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission as a Family Financial Mediator. She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Ms. Ward completed her undergraduate degree in History and Education at the University of North Carolina-Asheville, where she graduated with distinction as a university scholar. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Ward was an educator in the Catawba County and Wake County Public School Systems. Ms. Ward received her law degree magna cum laude from the Evening Program at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she served as an Assistant Associate Editor of the North Carolina Central Law Journal, was a Senior Board Member of the North Carolina Central Moot Court Board, and the school’s Trial Advocacy Team, where she competed in national competitions.

Ms. Ward has presented at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars sponsored by the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers and Wake Forest University School of Law. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Cary MacGregor Rotary Club and is a member of the Cary Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Ward lives in Cary with her husband, Luigi Moscatello, their daughter, Carolena, and their son, Enzo.
